1. Definitions
   1. “SANBS” shall mean South African National Blood Service NPC (Reg. No. 2000/026390/08) is a not for profit company situated at 01 Constantia Boulevard, Constantia Kloof.
   2. “Website” shall mean the SANBS website.
   3. “User” shall mean any person who uses the Website.
2. Terms of Use
   1. The User is licensed to view, download and print the contents of the Website provided that such use is for corporate purposes;
   2. The User shall not use the content of the Website for another purpose, save for the ones mentioned in a. above, without written consent from SANBS.
   3. The User may only access, browse and use the Website for legitimate corporate purposes.
   4. The User shall not advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose unless authorised thereto in writing by SANBS.
   5. The User shall not upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any similar software or programme.
   6. The User may not access, browse and use the Website for:
      1. Illegal/Unlawful purposes;
      2. Harmful purposes;
      3. Defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent and discriminatory purposes;
      4. Sharing, disclosing or publishing material that is untrue, incorrect, prohibited damaging or infringing upon people’s rights;
3. Intellectual Property Rights
   1. All the intellectual property on the Website, including but not limited to content, trademarks, trade names, logos, pictures, videos, downloads, domain names patents, designs, software are protected from infringement by legislation and belong to SANBS.
   2. No User shall amend, alter, copy, reproduce the Website;
   3. No User may use the logos, trademarks, icons from the Website without SANBS written consent.
   4. No User shall upload files from the Website that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws.
4. Third Party Links
   1. The Website may contain links to other websites. The linked websites are not under the control of SANBS and SANBS shall not be responsible for the contents of any linked sites or any changes or updates.
5. Changes and Amendments
   1. SANBS reserves the right, in its sole discretion to amend these terms and conditions.
6. Entire Agreement
   1. The Website is offered to the User subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. The use of the Website by the User constitutes agreement between SANBS and the User.
